Psychological First Aid Practitioner Training
The Psychological First Aid Practitioner Training is a practical certification programme designed to equip participants with the knowledge and applied skills required to provide humane, practical and supportive assistance in situations such as workplace accidents, disasters, sudden loss and other crises; to consider the individual’s safety and immediate needs; and to facilitate appropriate next-step support. Based on the “Look – Listen – Link” model, the programme addresses crisis communication, recognition of acute stress reactions and appropriate referral, alongside self-protection for helpers in relation to secondary trauma and compassion fatigue.

Psychosocial Risk Management System Practitioner Training
A practical certification programme focused on the systematic identification of psychosocial risks, their assessment through the NHUMAN PSR-Q methodology, the development of risk maps, and their integration into a functional management mechanism in line with ISO 45003. Participants develop practitioner-level competence in risk management planning, action plan development, performance monitoring and management reporting.

Psychological Health and Safety Management Training of Trainers (ToT)
A comprehensive certification programme that combines subject-matter competence in psychosocial risk management and psychological health and safety with the skills required to effectively deliver this content to others. Training competencies such as adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, micro-teaching and managing participant resistance are integrated with subject knowledge and reinforced through live training simulations.
