ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Psychological Health and Safety Management Training of Trainers is a comprehensive certification programme that addresses content competency in psychosocial risk management and psychological health and safety alongside the skills required to deliver this content to others.
The programme is built upon a dual-layer learning architecture. In the Content Competency Layer, the theoretical foundations of psychosocial risks, the ISO 45003 international standard, and the NHUMAN © Mental Health at Work Model are delivered in an integrated manner. In the Training Delivery Competency Layer, participants acquire — through applied practice — skills in adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, micro-teaching, case design, managing participant resistance, and providing structured feedback.
The programme has been accredited by The CPD Standards Office and awards participants an internationally recognised certificate of 40 CPD hours.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Effectively convey the core concepts, approaches, and organisational applications of psychological health and safety and psychosocial risk management in a training setting,
- Conduct case study and applied practice sessions on the identification, assessment, and management of psychosocial risk factors,
- Design case- and practice-based training programmes within the framework of ISO 45003 and the NHUMAN © Mental Health at Work Model,
- Develop training flows in accordance with adult learning principles and manage facilitation processes,
