Psychological First Aid Practitioner Training
The Psychological First Aid Practitioner Training is a practical certification programme designed to equip participants with the knowledge and applied skills needed to provide humane, practical, and supportive assistance to individuals during workplace accidents, disasters, sudden loss, and similar crisis situations; to consider their safety and immediate needs; and to guide them appropriately through the next stages of support.
Based on the “Look – Listen – Link” model, the programme covers crisis communication, recognising acute stress reactions, and making appropriate referrals, while also addressing how helpers can protect themselves against secondary trauma and compassion fatigue.

Psychological Risk Management System Practitioner Training
A practical certification programme focused on the systematic identification of psychosocial risks, their assessment using the NHUMAN PSR-Q methodology, the development of risk maps, and their integration into an effective management mechanism in line with ISO 45003.
Participants develop practitioner-level competencies in risk management planning, the development of action plans, performance monitoring, and management reporting.
