ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Psychosocial Risk Management System Practitioner Training is a practice-based certification programme focused on the systematic identification of psychosocial risks in the workplace, their measurement using the NHUMAN PSR-Q methodology, the construction of risk maps, and their translation into a functional management mechanism within the ISO 45003 framework.
The programme aims to enable participants to analyse psychosocial risks arising from work content and organisation, social factors at work, and the work environment; to conduct risk assessment and mapping processes using the NHUMAN PSR-Q approach; and to translate the findings into organisational action plans. The programme focuses on transforming psychosocial risk management into a systematic and sustainable structure within organisations, in accordance with ISO 45003 and the NHUMAN © Mental Health at Work Model.
The programme has been accredited by The CPD Standards Office and awards participants an internationally recognised CPD certificate.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Evaluate the core concepts and international frameworks of psychological health and safety in an organisational context,
- Recognise psychosocial risk factors and early warning signals at the individual, team, and organisational level,
- Assess the individual and organisational consequences of psychosocial risks, including stress, burnout, and occupational accidents,
- Conduct risk assessment and risk mapping processes using the NHUMAN PSR-Q approach,
- Interpret department-based quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop risk management action plans,
- Establish and operate a psychosocial risk management system in accordance with ISO 45003 and the NHUMAN © Mental Health at Work Model,
- Define performance monitoring indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
