Psychological Safety Leadership

The Psychological Safety Leadership Program is a structured leadership development model that aims to reframe managers’ leadership reflexes in the face of stress, errors, feedback, and difficult conversations from a psychological safety perspective. It focuses on behavioral change over measurement, and development over judgment.

Program Format

Duration: 6 Weeks

Frequency: 1 day per week

Session Length: 2 Hours

Participants: Managers only

Application: Face-to-face, online or hybrid

Who is it Suitable For?

Upper and middle-level managers

Field managers, foremen, supervisors

Project managers

Managers of teams working under high pressure

What Does this Program Do?

Reveals managers' unintentional behaviors that create pressure.

Transforms leadership reflexes that produce fear and silence.

Strengthens instructional communication rather than accusatory communication after an error.

Prevents stress from being transmitted harmfully from top to bottom.

Develops skills in safe feedback and setting boundaries.

Naturally supports the development of psychological safety in teams.

In this program, employees are not surveyed, teams are not evaluated, managers are not scored, and no crisis files are opened. An approach is adopted that empowers rather than judges, and develops rather than questions.

Application Schedule
(Example 6-Week Program Flow)

Each session lasts 2 hours. Sessions are planned to be 1 day a week. The program start date is determined jointly according to the organization’s calendar. In necessary cases, in-person, online, or hybrid formats can be applied. At the end of each session, managers set a behavioral goal to carry into the next week. The instructor monitors behavioral change with weekly observations, and a brief development assessment (on behavior awareness, safe language use, stress management, error reflex, and difficult conversation competency) is conducted in the 6th week.
