Psychological Safety Leadership
The Psychological Safety Leadership Program is a structured leadership development model that aims to reframe managers’ leadership reflexes in the face of stress, errors, feedback, and difficult conversations from a psychological safety perspective. It focuses on behavioral change over measurement, and development over judgment.

Participants: Managers only

(Example 6-Week Program Flow)
Each session lasts 2 hours. Sessions are planned to be 1 day a week. The program start date is determined jointly according to the organization’s calendar. In necessary cases, in-person, online, or hybrid formats can be applied. At the end of each session, managers set a behavioral goal to carry into the next week. The instructor monitors behavioral change with weekly observations, and a brief development assessment (on behavior awareness, safe language use, stress management, error reflex, and difficult conversation competency) is conducted in the 6th week.
