Nevin Küçük;

She is the founder and director of NHUMAN (worknhuman) and work/organizational psychologist. She has worked in the fields of employee support, psychological first aid, trauma, psychosocial support, wellbeing, psychological health and safety both in Türkiye and abroad and served as Türkiye's Psychosocial delegate in Sri Lanka after the Tsunami in 2004.

Currently, she is the founder of NHUMAN Consulting, where she works in the field of psychological health and safety, consulting and awareness raising in the public and private sectors to make Mental Health Practices at Work a part of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and human resources practices.

NHUMAN is the first private sector organization established in Türkiye to conduct methodological studies for the development of Psychological Health and Safety standards. Since its establishment, NHUMAN has been working in various partnerships to improve the working lives of all secure and precarious employees, to identify psychosocial risks related to occupational health and safety and to carry out preventive studies. Most recently, with the study titled "Psychosocial Risk Analysis of Delivery Sector Workers with a Focus on Motorcycle Couriers" conducted with the financial and technical support of the ILO (International Labor Organization) Türkiye Office, it conducted its first sector-based research and presented it to the public. The organization, which acts with the principles of "Fairwork" in its internal working order, is a supporter and business partner of the Oxford University Internet Institute Fairwork platform."

Nevin KÜÇÜK continues to work as an expert / senior expert / principal investigator in national and international organizations such as ILO (International Labor Organization), Unicef, Oxford Internet Institute FAIRWORK platform.

Nevin KÜÇÜK speaks sign language and was awarded the Philanthropy Fellowship by TUSEV (Third Sector Foundation of Turkey) in 2014 and is one of the first fellows in the field of Philanthropy in Türkiye.
