What is Employee Satisfaction Analysis: 

Employee satisfaction analysis is an analysis to measure how satisfied employees are with their jobs. This analysis is used to determine how your employees evaluate physical working conditions, wages, career opportunities, management style, relationships with colleagues and other factors in the workplace. HOW?

Employee satisfaction analysis consists of 60 questions and 15 sub-dimensions in order to determine the strengths and weaknesses of a workplace. The 15 sub-dimensions in the form provide an opinion on identifying and developing processes that affect the motivation and commitment of employees on issues such as general thoughts about the workplace, policies and strategies, decision-making processes, rewarding, teamwork, with various questions.
