What is Psychosocial Risk Assessment:
Psychosocial risk assessment is performed to measure and understand the impact of work-related stress caused by psychosocial risks on the health, well-being, productivity and performance of employees.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
According to the ILO and WHO Policy Report (2022);
- 60% of the world's population works.
- Globally, 12 billion working days are lost each year due to depression and anxiety.
- It costs the global economy $1 trillion, mainly due to depression and anxiety caused by loss of productivity.

HOW?
Evaluation of psychosocial risk factors consists of 90 questions and 17 sub-dimensions in order to identify stress factors in a workplace. The 17 sub-dimensions of the scale provide an opinion on which situations in the workplace create risks on the employee and which situations create an opportunity with various questions.
