It is carried out to measure and understand the impact of work-related stress caused by psychosocial risks on the health, well-being, productivity and performance of employees.

In this training, what psychosocial risks are, risk factors, prioritization and evaluation of risks, preventive activities, psychological interventions to be done after work accidents, The duties of the employees and the psychosocial risk assessment sample applications are discussed.
