One of the groups that should be sensitive about their access to their rights is the disabled. Special efforts should be made and supported for disabled people to take their place in working life. The “I Am in Business Life” project, carried out in partnership with N_HumaN and İŞKUR in 2020-2021, has been a successful pilot project that provides a support model for the adaptation of disabled people to work and workplace. The experiences gained in the project led to the creation of this research report that you will read.
In the research, it was aimed to see more closely how people with mental disabilities are evaluated in business life and what kind of problems they encounter in recruitment and to share the information obtained in the light of scientific data with the public.
