Focused on Motorcycle Couriers: Psychosocial Risk Analysis in Delivery Industry Employees<\/h1>

With the COVID-19 epidemic that started in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and affected the whole world, we witnessed how the work and workforce changed. The epidemic, as defined by the World Health Organization, has brought a tremendous innovation and uncertainty to our lives, and this situation has made changes mandatory for many sectors, and has made the importance of employee well-being and the value of workplace policies on these issues more visible with the changes in working styles. .<\/p>

This report, prepared with the focus of motorcycle couriers, analyzes the psychosocial risks arising from the content and context of the job in the delivery sector, and also offers suggestions for the re-evaluation of the motorcycle courier profession, which has become more visible with the epidemic, on the basis of "decent work".<\/p>
