E\u015fitsizlik tarihin bir kazas\u0131 de\u011fil, ekonomilerimizin ve toplumlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131 ve f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 yaratma ve tahsis etme bi\u00e7imine ili\u015fkin ideolojik olarak yerle\u015fik, ancak nihayetinde politik bir dizi se\u00e7imin\u00a0\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\">Geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkeler, b\u00f6lgesel ve k\u00fcresel pazarlara entegrasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir engel olabilen, ticaretin sundu\u011fu f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlayan ve sa\u011fl\u0131k, g\u00fcvenlik ve \u00e7evre koruma gibi hayati alanlarda kamu refah\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirme yeteneklerini engelleyen zay\u0131f e\u015fitlik politikalar\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131na sahip olabilirler.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f \u00fccreti standartlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131 ve sosyoekonomik fakt\u00f6rlerin sonucunda olu\u015fan gelir e\u015fitsizlikleri; i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 yayg\u0131n sorunlardand\u0131r. Bununla birlikte y\u00fcksek \u00fccretli firmalarda bile, kad\u0131nlar veya di\u011fer dezavantajl\u0131 gruplar i\u00e7in daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck primler, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck standartlar, yan haklar ve sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik sistemlerine eri\u015fim konusundaki yetersizlik gibi \u00f6nemli e\u015fitsizlikler olabilir. Avrupa&#8217;da gen\u00e7 i\u015fsizli\u011fi son y\u0131llarda artmaktad\u0131r. Kurumlar\u0131n psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in uygulayaca\u011f\u0131 bu standart s\u00fcre\u00e7ler hem e\u015fitsizlikleri\u00a0azaltmak i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulacak politikalara hem de kurumlar\u0131n de\u011fer ve etik anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131na dahil edilmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli i\u015fletmelerin sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fe dair hedeflerini belirlemeleri ve psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kapsayan hedefler olu\u015fturmalar\u0131\u00a0uluslardaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan n\u00fcfusun refah\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinde rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerin ulusal standartlar\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik gibi hayati politikalar\u0131n t\u00fcm topluluklar\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131k alanlar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayacak bi\u00e7imde detayland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemlerine eri\u015fimin i\u015f yerinde standardize edilmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerine e\u015fit eri\u015fim imkan\u0131 sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Psikososyal risk y\u00f6netimi, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fin \u00f6nemli bir unsuru olarak kurumlar\u0131n sistemlerinde ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve geli\u015ftirilen politikalarda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 \u0130SG tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik hizmetlerine eri\u015filebilirlikteki e\u015fitsizliklerin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in\u00a0kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur.
