Bu tan\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir anlam\u0131, ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, yaln\u0131zca zihinsel bozukluklar\u0131n veya engellerin yoklu\u011fundan daha fazlas\u0131 oldu\u011fudur.<\/p>\n<p>Eyl\u00fcl 2015&#8217;te ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, BM S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Hedefleri&#8217;ne (SKH) dahil edilmi\u015ftir. Bu tarihi ad\u0131mda, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler (BM) ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc kabul ederek ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilerleyen 15 y\u0131l i\u00e7in k\u00fcresel kalk\u0131nma i\u00e7in bir \u00f6ncelik olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 fiziksel sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in bir \u00f6n ko\u015fuldur ve yoksulluk, istihdam ve ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme ya da bar\u0131\u015f ve adalet gibi di\u011fer kalk\u0131nma fakt\u00f6rleriyle g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, sosyal i\u00e7erme ve e\u015fitlik, evrensel sa\u011fl\u0131k kapsam\u0131, adalete ve insan haklar\u0131na eri\u015fim ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ekonomik kalk\u0131nma \u00e7abalar\u0131nda kilit bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rnek olarak, ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme (Hedef &#8211; 8) ile g\u00fcvenli ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u015fehirler ve yerle\u015fimler (Hedef &#8211; 11) genel olarak zihinsel olarak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir toplumla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Kesi\u015fen bir konu olarak ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, geli\u015fimin t\u00fcm yelpazesiyle ilgilidir.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve iyi olu\u015fun, \u2018\u00f6nleme ve tedavi yoluyla bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 olmayan hastal\u0131klardan kaynaklanan erken \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin \u00fc\u00e7te birinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve iyi olu\u015fun desteklenmesi\u2019 hedefinde ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na do\u011frudan \u00fc\u00e7 kez at\u0131fta bulunulmaktad\u0131r (hedef 3.4). Ayr\u0131ca &#8216;finansal risk korumas\u0131, kaliteli temel sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerine eri\u015fim ve herkes i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenli, etkili, kaliteli ve uygun fiyatl\u0131 temel ila\u00e7lara ve a\u015f\u0131lara eri\u015fim dahil olmak \u00fczere evrensel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131na ula\u015fmak&#8217; i\u00e7in genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131na dolayl\u0131 olarak dahil edilmi\u015ftir. Bu kalk\u0131nma g\u00fcndemi ile Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler, DS\u00d6&#8217;n\u00fcn tavsiyelerini izleyerek k\u00fcresel kalk\u0131nmada ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in K\u00fcresel Hedeflerin net bir ifadesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>\u00a0<\/h1>\n<h1><b>Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve \u0130yi Olu\u015f \u0130\u00e7in Psikososyal Risk Y\u00f6netimi<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Psikososyal riskler,\u00a0organizasyonlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik\u00a0y\u00f6netim sistemlerindeki tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r. Bu terim, i\u015fteki sa\u011fl\u0131k ko\u015fullar\u0131na veya i\u015fle ilgili bir duyguya ve ili\u015fkiye at\u0131fta bulunmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Psikososyal riskler, stres, kayg\u0131, depresyon, zihinsel yorgunluk, istismar (cinsel veya etik) ve \u015fiddet gibi problemlerin (iyi olu\u015fun aksine) bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc birle\u015ftirebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Psikososyal risklere y\u00f6nelik m\u00fcdahale geli\u015ftirmeyen bir \u015firkette bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 1833 g\u00fcnl\u00fck hastal\u0131k izni oldu\u011fu kaydedilmi\u015f, bu say\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re %30 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015f kazalar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 ve stres seviyelerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n;<\/p>\n<p>%25.5&#8217;inin hiper-stres i\u00e7inde;<br \/>%53,9&#8217;unun stres i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00d6rg\u00fctsel ve bireysel d\u00fczeyde bir psiksosyal risk y\u00f6netimi yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 geli\u015ftirme ihtiyac\u0131 bir \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada savunulmaktad\u0131r.
