Bunlar zihinsel, sosyal, ruhsal, duygusal ve fiziksel geli\u015fimdir. Zihinsel geli\u015fim, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve \u00f6\u011frenme \u015fekli gibi zihnin geli\u015fimine odaklan\u0131r. Sosyal geli\u015fim, etkili ileti\u015fim becerilerini geli\u015ftirmeyi i\u00e7erir. Ayr\u0131ca, i\u015f yeri arkada\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olarak i\u015f yerindeki tatmini de artt\u0131racakt\u0131r.
