D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019ne (DS\u00d6-World Health Organization, WHO)[1]&nbsp;g\u00f6re mesleki t\u00fckenmi\u015flik, enerji t\u00fckenmesi veya t\u00fckenme hissi, ki\u015finin i\u015fine zihinsel mesafeyi art\u0131rmas\u0131 veya ki\u015finin i\u015fiyle ilgili olumsuzluk duygusu ya\u015famas\u0131 ve azalan mesleki etkinli\u011fi ile karakterize edilen, i\u015fle ilgili kronik stresten kaynaklanan bir sendromdur. Bir ki\u015fi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir, in\u015faat i\u015f\u00e7isi olabilir ya da bir \u015firkette y\u00f6neticilik yap\u0131yor olabilir; herkes i\u00e7in semptomlar\u0131 farkl\u0131 olsa da t\u00fckenmi\u015flik ortak bir duygudur ve ki\u015finin mesle\u011finin ne oldu\u011fu fark etmeksizin herkes i\u015f yerinde t\u00fckenmi\u015flik ya\u015fayabilir. Ki\u015fi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda insanlarla birebir ve y\u00fcz y\u00fcze ili\u015fki i\u00e7erisinde oldu\u011funda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan t\u00fckenme t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 i\u015f yapmaktan, ki\u015fisel talepler y\u00fcz\u00fcnden ve\/veya s\u00fcrekli stres ya\u015famaktan kaynaklan\u0131r. T\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fe yol a\u00e7an iki temel konu vard\u0131r. Birincisi \u00e7evresel nedenlerdir. Bunlar; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saati, i\u015f ortam\u0131, i\u015f ortam\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fim, ara\u00e7 gere\u00e7 yetersizli\u011fi, i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc, i\u015fin niteli\u011fi, i\u015f ili\u015fkileri, mesleki k\u0131dem, sosyal desteklerin azl\u0131\u011f\u0131, rol belirsizlikleri, y\u00f6netimle ilgili sorunlar, ekonomik sorunlar, i\u015f yerinin fiziksel ko\u015fullar\u0131, ailesel ve toplumsal nedenlerdir.[3]<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fe yol a\u00e7an di\u011fer temel konu ise bireysel nedenlerdir. Herkes t\u00fckenmi\u015flik ya\u015fayabilir ancak baz\u0131 ki\u015filer i\u00e7in bu risk daha y\u00fcksektir. Ki\u015finin ya\u015f\u0131, medeni durumu, \u00e7ocuk sahibi olmas\u0131 ya da \u00e7ocuk say\u0131s\u0131 gibi kriterler herkes i\u00e7in t\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fe yol a\u00e7abilir ve bunlar do\u011fal nedenlerdir. Ancak i\u015fe ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k, motivasyon, ki\u015fisel beklentiler, mesleki doyum gibi kriterler ki\u015fiye g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi i\u00e7in bireysel nedenler olarak kabul edilmektedir.<sup>3<\/sup><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>\u0130\u015f Yerinde T\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fin Belirtileri Nelerdir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Belirtiler aniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmak yerine yava\u015f yava\u015f geli\u015firler. T\u00fckenmi\u015flik belirtilerinin g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7mas\u0131 \u00e7ok kolay oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in sorun giderek b\u00fcy\u00fcr ve tahamm\u00fcl edilemeyecek bir hale gelir. Bu y\u00fczden bu sendromu iyi bilmek ve belirtilerinin fark\u0131nda olarak, erken ve do\u011fru m\u00fcdahale yapmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.[4]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fiziksel belirtiler:&nbsp;<\/strong>T\u00fckenmi\u015flik; yorgunluk-bitkinlik hissi, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, uyu\u015fukluk, uykusuzluk gibi hafif fiziki belirtilerle ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r. Bununla ilgili bir \u015fey yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da v\u00fccudun direncinin d\u00fc\u015fmesi, grip gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131, genel a\u011fr\u0131 ve s\u0131z\u0131lar (kas gerilmeleri), stres kaynakl\u0131 deri hastal\u0131klar\u0131, ani kilo al\u0131m\u0131 ya da verimi gibi durumlar g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Psikolojik belirtiler:<\/strong>&nbsp;Psikolojik belirtilerin t\u00fckenmi\u015flikten kaynakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlamak daha zordur \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu belirtilerin ba\u015fka sebepleri de olabilir. Ki\u015filerde genelde sinirlilik, nedensiz bir huzursuzluk ve tedirginlik, sabr\u0131n olduk\u00e7a azalmas\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcvende d\u00fc\u015fme, enerjide azalma, i\u015fle ilgili umutsuzluk, di\u011ferlerini ele\u015ftirme, ilgisizlik, aile i\u00e7i artan problemler, tatminsizlik, hayata kar\u015f\u0131 negatif tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar geli\u015ftirme, azalan olumlu duygular, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerde belirsizlik ve karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k, depresyon, su\u00e7luluk ve \u00e7aresizlik gibi psikolojik belirtiler g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Davran\u0131\u015fsal belirtiler:<\/strong>&nbsp;Bu belirtiler ba\u015fka insanlar taraf\u0131ndan fiziksel ve psikolojik belirtilere oranla daha kolay fark edilebilir. Unutkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131, ani \u00f6fke patlamalar\u0131, a\u011flama krizlerinin artmas\u0131, yaln\u0131z kalma iste\u011fi, al\u0131nganl\u0131k halinin artmas\u0131, konsantrasyon ve motivasyonun d\u00fc\u015fmesi, i\u015ften kopmalar, i\u015fle ilgili olumsuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin artmas\u0131, hatalar\u0131n artmas\u0131, hastal\u0131k kaynakl\u0131 i\u015fe gelmelerin veya ge\u00e7 kalmalar\u0131n artmas\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctsel ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131kta azalma davran\u0131\u015fsal belirtilerdir.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><b>\u0130\u015f Yerinde T\u00fckenmi\u015flikten Korunmak \u0130\u00e7in Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 Gerekenler<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Maslach&#8217;a g\u00f6re \u00f6rg\u00fctsel de\u011fi\u015fimin ve bireysel bir e\u011fitiminin kombinasyonu t\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fi \u00f6nlemenin tek yoludur.<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nhumandanismanlik.com\/ckeditor\/#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\" data-cke-saved-href=\"#_ftn5\" data-cke-saved-name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>&nbsp;Hem bireysel d\u00fczeyde hem de kurumsal d\u00fczeyde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler vard\u0131r;<\/p>\n<p>Bireysel d\u00fczeyde ki\u015fi, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fin zorluklar\u0131n\u0131 ve risklerini \u00f6\u011frenmeli ve t\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fi olabildi\u011fince erken \u00f6nleyebilmek i\u00e7in belirtileri konusunda bilgi sahibi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tatile \u00e7\u0131kmak, mesleki e\u011fitimlere kat\u0131lmak, i\u015f sorumlulu\u011funda ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131yla ilgili de\u011fi\u015fiklik talep etmek stresle ba\u015f etmede ki\u015fiye iyi gelmektedir.
