Duygular, ki\u015filerin bireysel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden ki\u015fileraras\u0131 ili\u015fkilere kadar bir\u00e7ok alanda belirleyicidir ve ki\u015filerin d\u00fcnyay\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in kulland\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nemli ara\u00e7lardand\u0131r. Duygular ki\u015filerin bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, moral ve performans\u0131n\u0131 olumlu veya olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkileyebilirler ve iyi y\u00f6netilebilirse moral ve performans art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Duygular, ki\u015filerin bireysel ge\u00e7mi\u015flerindeki deneyimlerle \u015fekillenen; bir olay veya varl\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda olu\u015fan yo\u011fun hislerdir. Olaylar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda harekete ge\u00e7irici etkiye sahiptir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aramay\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.&nbsp; \u0130stenmeyen bir olay kar\u015f\u0131nda olu\u015fan \u00f6fke h\u0131zla tepki vermeyi sa\u011flar. Mutluluk, \u00f6fke, \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc, korku ilk akla gelen duygulard\u0131r ve duygular negatif ve pozitif olarak ayr\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ki\u015fiye haz veren, rahatl\u0131k hissettiren duygular pozitif; rahats\u0131zl\u0131k veren bitmesi istenen duygular ise negatif duygulard\u0131r.<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nhumandanismanlik.com\/ckeditor\/#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\" data-cke-saved-href=\"#_edn1\" data-cke-saved-name=\"_ednref1\">[I]<\/a>&nbsp;Ancak bu negatif duygular\u0131n olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelmemektedir. Aksine as\u0131l k\u00f6t\u00fc olan negatif duygular de\u011fil duygular\u0131n n\u00f6tr<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nhumandanismanlik.com\/ckeditor\/#_edn2\" name=\"_ednref2\" data-cke-saved-href=\"#_edn2\" data-cke-saved-name=\"_ednref2\">[ii]<\/a>&nbsp;olu\u015fu istenmedik bir durumdur. Negatif veya pozitif duygu hissetmek bir hareketi de beraberinde getirirken n\u00f6tr duygu duyars\u0131zl\u0131k olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Yaln\u0131zca pozitif duygular\u0131n olu\u015fu veya duygular\u0131n yoklu\u011fu de\u011fil \u00f6nemli olan ki\u015filerin duygu y\u00f6netimi ve d\u00fczenleme konusundaki becerileridir. Olaylar kar\u015f\u0131nda uygun tepki vermek, olaylar\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi yorumlamak duygu y\u00f6netimi ile ili\u015fkilidir.<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nhumandanismanlik.com\/ckeditor\/#_edn3\" name=\"_ednref3\" data-cke-saved-href=\"#_edn3\" data-cke-saved-name=\"_ednref3\">[iii]<\/a>&nbsp;Duygular do\u011fru y\u00f6netilmedi\u011finde ise d\u00fcnya oldu\u011fundan daha karma\u015f\u0131k ve y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131 olabilmektir.&nbsp; Hem d\u00fcnyay\u0131 daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i alg\u0131layabilmek hem de psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 koruyabilmek i\u00e7in duygusal olarak dengeli kalabilmemiz gerekmektedir. Bu \u201cduygu d\u00fczenleme\u201d olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Duygular \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda da olduk\u00e7a etkilidir ve incelenmesi gereken bir konudur. Ki\u015finin i\u015f tatmininden, karar alma becerisine kadar bir\u00e7ok konuda etkilidir. (Bkz. \u015eekil 1) Bu sebeple \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda duygulardan kaynakl\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n engellenmesi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n iyi olu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n duygu d\u00fczenleme becerisinin geli\u015fmesi ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.&nbsp; Duygusal d\u00fczenleme\/duygu y\u00f6netimi hissedilen duygular\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kma zaman\u0131n\u0131, \u015fiddetini ve nas\u0131l ifade edildiklerini etkileyen duygusal deneyimi kontrol etmek olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r.&nbsp;Duygular\u0131 d\u00fczenleme bir duyguyu ya\u015fad\u0131ktan sonra verilen tepkileri y\u00f6netilmesini ve uygun tepkiler vermeyi sa\u011flar<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nhumandanismanlik.com\/ckeditor\/#_edn4\" name=\"_ednref4\" data-cke-saved-href=\"#_edn4\" data-cke-saved-name=\"_ednref4\">[iv]<\/a>.&nbsp;\u0130\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fken, stresli ve belirsiz do\u011fas\u0131 i\u00e7in de olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Duygu d\u00fczenleme becerisi y\u00fcksek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u015flerinde daha esnek davranabilmektedir. Ekip arkada\u015flar\u0131 ile ili\u015fkileri daha uyumludur ve kriz durumlar\u0131n\u0131 daha kolay y\u00f6netebilmektedir. Duygu d\u00fczenleme konusunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar kurumlar i\u00e7in de faydal\u0131d\u0131r. Duygular\u0131n do\u011fru y\u00f6netildi\u011fi&nbsp;kurumlarda kazan\u00e7 ve stratejik b\u00fcy\u00fcme artmaktad\u0131r. Duygu d\u00fczenleme bireysel bir beceri gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de i\u015f yerlerinde duygu d\u00fczenlemeyi etkileyen ve geli\u015fmesini sa\u011flayan bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r vard\u0131r. Kurum \u00e7evresi, i\u015fin \u00f6zellikleri ve bireysel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n i\u015f yerlerinde duygu y\u00f6netimini etkilemektedir. \u0130\u015f yerinin duygular\u0131 nas\u0131l y\u00f6netti\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n duygu y\u00f6netimine ne kadar katk\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 da kurumlar\u0131n duygu iklimi y\u00f6netim stratejisi ile ili\u015fkilidir. Duygusal iklim y\u00f6netimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n duygular\u0131n\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn duygusal sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 etkiler.
