{"id":2505,"date":"2022-09-30T08:03:34","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T05:03:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worknhuman.com\/?p=2505"},"modified":"2023-02-23T13:09:17","modified_gmt":"2023-02-23T10:09:17","slug":"is-sagligi-ve-guvenligi-risk-degerlendirmesinde-psikososyal-riskler","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worknhuman.com\/en\/occupational-health-and-safety-risk-assessment-psychosocial-risks\/","title":{"rendered":"Psychosocial Risks in Occupational Health and Safety Risk Assessment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<hr>\n<p>\u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011finde Risk De\u011ferlendirmesi<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f yerinde olan ya da d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelebilecek; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana veya i\u015fyerine hasar ve zarar verme potansiyeli olan tehlikelerden kaynaklanacak olumsuz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n meydana gelme ihtimali riskleri olu\u015fturur. \u0130\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile ilgili riskleri ortadan kald\u0131rmak veya minimize edebilmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00f6nleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 risklerin tespit edilip de\u011ferlendirilmesi s\u00fcreci ile ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>Risk de\u011ferlendirmesi i\u015fyerlerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 t\u00fcm tehlike ve sa\u011fl\u0131k risklerini belirlemek ve bunlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmelerdir. \u0130\u015fyeri d\u00fczeni, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, ekipmanlar, yap\u0131lan i\u015f, g\u00f6revler ve kullan\u0131lan malzemelerden kaynaklanabilecek olas\u0131 risk ihtimallerinin de\u011ferlendirip \u00f6nleyici \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131n\u0131n tespit edilmesi i\u00e7in gereklidir. Yap\u0131lan risk de\u011ferlendirmeleri i\u015f kazalar\u0131 ve meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131na yard\u0131m eder. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndaki riskleri de\u011ferlendirmek i\u015fletmelere bu risklerin y\u00f6netimi konusunda takip edecekleri eylem planlar\u0131n\u0131n objektif olarak haz\u0131rlanabilmesini sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Psychosocial Risks<\/p>\n<p>Psikososyal risklerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenemedi\u011fi durumlarda presenteizm, absenteizm i\u015f uyumunda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f, i\u015f b\u0131rakma, personel de\u011fi\u015fiminde h\u0131zlanma ve verimsiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma g\u00f6zlemlenir. Bu olumsuz sonu\u00e7lara neden olan fakt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda i\u015fe ba\u011fl\u0131 stres, i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc, i\u015f kontrol\u00fc, rol \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00e7aba \u00f6d\u00fcl dengesizli\u011fi, liderlik \u00f6zellikleri, vardiyal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kariyer ilerlemesi ve i\u015fyerindeki zay\u0131f sosyal ili\u015fkiler bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fin i\u00e7erik ve ba\u011flam alanlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilerek tespit edilen psikososyal riskler i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan risk de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinin \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Psychosocial Risk Assessment<\/p>\n<p>Psikososyal risk de\u011ferlendirmesinde nicel ve nitel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Nicel psikososyal risk \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcnde en s\u0131k kullan\u0131lan y\u00f6ntem anket uygulamalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu yolda yap\u0131lacak bir de\u011ferlendirme i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilecek bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm arac\u0131 i\u015fin i\u00e7eri\u011fi ve ba\u011flam\u0131 alt boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 kapsay\u0131c\u0131 sorulardan olu\u015fmal\u0131 ve i\u015fletmede yap\u0131lan i\u015fe ya da organizasyon yap\u0131s\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcvensizli\u011fi, kontrol eksikli\u011fi, y\u00fcksek i\u015f talepleri, a\u011f\u0131r i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc, \u00e7aba \u00f6d\u00fcl dengesizli\u011fi ve i\u015f-ya\u015fam dengesinin kurulamamas\u0131 gibi riskler hakk\u0131nda bilgi sunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>N_HumaN\u2019\u0131n Psikososyal risk de\u011ferlendirme modeli,&nbsp;<strong>U<\/strong><strong>luslararas\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc<\/strong>&nbsp;ve&nbsp;ISO 45003&nbsp;standartlar\u0131nda belirtilen psikososyal riskleri i\u015fin i\u00e7erik ve ba\u011flam\u0131 boyutlar\u0131nda ele almaktad\u0131r. Modelde i\u015fin i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile ilgili risk fakt\u00f6rleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131, i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc ve g\u00f6rev tasar\u0131m\u0131; i\u015fin ba\u011flam\u0131 ile ilgili risk fakt\u00f6rleri organizasyon k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, kurumdaki roller, kariyer geli\u015fimi, i\u015f-\u00f6zel hayat dengesi, karar serbestisi\/kontrol ve ki\u015filer aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiler alt boyutlar\u0131 ile belirlenmi\u015ftir.
