{"id":2447,"date":"2022-09-30T07:23:59","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T04:23:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worknhuman.com\/?p=2447"},"modified":"2023-02-23T13:17:47","modified_gmt":"2023-02-23T10:17:47","slug":"is-yerinde-psikolojik-saglik-ve-guvenlik-neden-onemli-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worknhuman.com\/en\/psychological-health-and-safety-at-work-why-important-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Why is Psychological Health and Safety at Work Important?"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>\u0130\u015f yerindeki psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik konular\u0131, asl\u0131nda san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha da \u00f6nemli. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bu alanlardaki ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunmak ise i\u015fverenlerin elinde. \u0130K Blog\u2019da bug\u00fcn, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131racak bu \u00f6nemli konularla ilgili size \u00f6nerilerimiz var.<\/p>\n<p>Psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131k; bireyin hayat\u0131ndaki stres fakt\u00f6rleriyle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kabildi\u011fi, \u00fcretken bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabildi\u011fi ve ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 topluma katk\u0131da bulunabildi\u011fi genel bir iyilik hali olup,\u00a0i\u015f yerinde psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131k;\u00a0hem i\u015f yeri ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan hem de bireye ba\u011fl\u0131 ki\u015fisel fakt\u00f6rlerin i\u015f yerindeki iyilik haline etkisi olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir.\u00a0\u00a0Psikolojik g\u00fcvenlik\u00a0ise i\u015f yerinde i\u015fle ilgili fakt\u00f6rlerin, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zarar verme riskinin en aza indirilmesi ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana zarar verme riskinin olmamas\u0131 halidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan n\u00fcfusun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar ve stres; i\u015f yerinde davran\u0131\u015f bozukluklar\u0131na, i\u015f kazalar\u0131na ve psikolojik k\u00f6kenli hastal\u0131klara yol a\u00e7abiliyor. Bu nedenle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n destek ve tedavi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri konusunda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde pek \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bug\u00fcn gelinen noktada psikososyal fakt\u00f6rlerin, i\u015f yerinde sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesinde ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131nda kritik oldu\u011fu kabul edilmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na etki edebilecek ve zarar verebilecek olan fakt\u00f6rleri \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 gereksinimlerinin bilinmesi, i\u015flerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kapasitesi ve temel fizyolojik\/psikolojik ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re uyarlanmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada insan kaynaklar\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin t\u00fcm bu bilgiler g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutularak olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, i\u015f yeri sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nleyici bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. Ancak i\u015f yerindeki psikososyal risk fakt\u00f6rlerini belirlemek ve \u00f6nlem almak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kadar kolay de\u011fildir.
