Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki i\u015f yerlerinde psikososyal risk y\u00f6netimi i\u00e7in nicel sonu\u00e7lar sa\u011flayabilen ve i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi risk de\u011ferlendirmelerini tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir psikososyal risk de\u011ferlendirme arac\u0131 olan NHUMAN PSR-Q (Psikososyal Risk \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi) \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fini; uluslararas\u0131 standartlar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye normlar\u0131n\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6zeterek geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn fakt\u00f6rlerin g\u00fcvenirlik katsay\u0131s\u0131 .70\u2019in \u00fczerinde hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. DFA uyum indeksleri incelendi\u011finde CMIN\/DF 2,738, NFI 0,960, NNFI 0,970, CFI 0,980, GFI 0,910 ve RMSEA 0,064 olarak bulunmu\u015ftur. Bu sonu\u00e7lar, mutlak uyum indekslerinin kabul edilebilir d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.
