The &quot;Look &ndash; Listen &ndash; Link&quot; approach is explored through case analyses, group activities, and role-play exercises.<\/p>\n\n<p>The programme also places the protection of the helper at its centre, addressing the recognition of secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout risks, as well as the development of a personal self-care plan.
